It’s a running joke in the Doctor Who DVDs’ commentaries, started by Russell T Davies and David Tennant, as a way to address the viewer at the beginning of each commentary.

I don’t like Tumblr??? I fucking hate this site and their unnecessary updates and their wannabe witty email notifications, but i’m stuck here coz all the cool kids are here so???
